March 13th, 2025, two respiratory therapists were researching educational topics when they stumbled across the AARC CRCE Accreditation requirements. This led them to research how to start a nonprofit (which led to a lot of paperwork) and ended with the birth of the long-awaited nonprofit that Educates, Promotes, and CELEBRATES Respiratory Therapists.  

For decades Respiratory (Inhalation) therapists have been the unsung hero of the medical profession. You may feel that the work you do goes unappreciated but that’s not true.

We know how hard you work,
how many times you cried in school,
how unprepared you were for your first patient death,
how proud you were the first time you extubated a patient, intubated a patient, drew an ABG (that is the perfect shade of red) ...

We know how important your work is.
To you.
To the world.
To us.

And we thank you for your dedication, your knowledge, and your skill. Thank you for taking time away from your loved ones to take care of ours. Thank you for skipping lunches and breaks, for filling in on short notice, for going an entire shift without using the bathroom so you could help someone breathe. 

We are not a store, we don’t sell any products, we don’t ask anything of the Respiratory Therapists we champion. There have been questions about the RT products we provide, where you can find them, etc. We are happy to send out gifts of gratitude to every RT in the nation and if you want to help us with that mission, we gladly accept.

We are a 501c3 charitable organization and donations are tax deductible.
